This allows your fleet to automate routing and scheduling processes based on various customer data, such as sales volume, work schedules and other delivery requirements—to take a proactive approach to customer service and improve the bottom line. And PeopleNet makes easy work of it. In most cases, a route file is exported from the routing application and processed by the PeopleNet Link, which turns the routes into individual Automated Workflow dispatches to be sent to the vehicles. Since the PeopleNet Link resides on the your network, it can have visibility to your files (if you permit) as well as to the PeopleNet Open Interface.
