PeopleNet Service Network. Making system repair more efficient.

The PeopleNet Service Network is designed to make it easy for you to keep your fleet operating efficiently—enabling you to coordinate on-demand service work and get streamlined resolutions to most repair problems. The network is comprised of a growing number of third-party service centers across North America that are certified to install and service PeopleNet truck onboard computer and mobile fleet communications systems systems. Fleet customers can schedule service at any of the service centers in the network instead of having to wait until they return to their terminal or usual service facility.

The service network is available to all PeopleNet customers. However, those that join the PeopleNet Service Program for a nominal monthly fee per truck will have their PeopleNet repair labor costs covered. In addition, Service Program members receive a five percent discount on installation and removal charges. They also receive priority appointments—within 48 hours for shop visits and within 72 hours for on-site visits.
